About Our Structure

Tranquil Studio operates through two aligned entities that serve different purposes.

Tranquil Studio, Inc. is a registered 501c3 nonprofit organization focused on advancing access to education, emotional development, and community-based learning initiatives. The nonprofit supports public-facing programs, partnerships, and grant-funded work designed to benefit families, educators, and communities.

Tranquil Studio Group LLC is the professional training, publishing, and consulting arm. The LLC develops and delivers books, courses, workshops, and professional development services for institutions and individuals. Revenue-generating activities, contracts, and consulting services operate through the LLC.

Tranquil Parenting is a program initiative developed under the Tranquil Studio umbrella. It began as a parenting-focused resource and has since expanded to include broader work in instructional design, emotional intelligence, and systems-based learning.

Together, these entities allow Tranquil Studio to serve both mission-driven and professional audiences with clarity and integrity.
