Right now, institutions are asking the same question: How do we respond to Title II digital accessibility enforcement without creating chaos? The rush is real. The deadline is real. The confusion is real.
Accessible by Design was created because many teams have reached out needing a clear starting point. Not panic. Not scattered remediation. A structured path forward. This is a 4-week asynchronous implementation experience built around a practical 4-step process for moving from action to compliance: If your institution is asking how well your current systems support accessibility, this program provides the roadmap. If you are looking to move from reactive fixes to a sustainable structure, enrollment is now open.
I’m Sonja, an author and instructional designer who builds structured systems that move work forward. I specialize in redesigning stalled projects into clear, executable pathways. My work blends research, technology, real-world testing, and lived experience to help educators, creators, and organizations reduce friction and gain momentum. The goal is not inspiration. The goal is completion.
In this interview, Dr. Sonja L. Howell, author of "Feel It: Wake Up From the Lull," explains why she wrote the book from the “middle” of her own recovery, what she calls the lull, and how emotional numbness is a survival design rather than a failure.
These titles represent finished work. Designed, tested, written, and released. Each project demonstrates how structured systems create traction in learning, publishing, and personal growth. Small Shifts. Big Momentum. Redesign. A simple and tested way to build traction and remove friction.
